It's a long time since I've use Fritzing but after a 10 year break I'm back programming my Arduinos! It was all spurred on 

To my surprise, Fritzing has gone paid (unless you want to compile it yourself) since 2017. But there's still a way to access the last free executable installer if you don't mind using a slightly older version..... good old Internet time machine. All you need to do is head over to this page to access the download:

You will be on version 0.93b though (but the latest version is only 0.96b). At first, being so old, I thought I was having issues with the installer but after a bit of perserverance it work.

As a bonus (which was why it was taking so long to install) it was actually downloading a whole bunch of up to date components which is a bonus.
